Periodically I read "sandbox" and I see there is a decent main topics. However, the authors did not appear on habré. This happens for several reasons:

I propose to introduce for topics in the sandbox is invisible to the voter rating system. That is the usual arrows for voting is, and have a rating:

Then, after a certain number of votes a topic gets on the main blog "Sandbox", where it sees a much larger number of people, and they continue to vote and maybe comment. If the topic goes negative — it simply disappears and the main, and out of the sandbox. If he collects a certain number of advantages (e.g. 100) — the author automatically gets an invite and becomes a full participant Habrahabr. The topic itself when it is moved to the personal blog of the author and is made available for transfer to any themed blog.

All this will allow to join the ranks of new Abrosimov interesting to most people, not only those whose topic have attracted the owner of the invite. It will also help authors who have received an invite in the sandbox from having to re-publish a successful topic already in the blog.

You can exclude a topic on the main page and immediately give an invite for a certain amount of pros in the sandbox — I guess it is much easier to implement.
