Facebook has added a "search history"

imageAlthough the history of search queries in systems such as Google's completely hidden from prying eyes, some people still prefer to remove them. Not so long ago, Facebook decided to support this idea, and now You can delete all or some of search queries through the "Activity Log".

A new feature allows to make the process of Your actions on Facebook quite transparent and thus full control of the changes. Function started to work on the 21st and within a few weeks be available to all users.

Such changes could mean that Facebook wants to try web search (Interview with mark), and, apparently, prepared for it, adding new controls.

To see the history of search queries, go to your profile, click "Activity Log", located on the right side of the page, then, in the drop-down list, select "Search" and you will display Your entire search history in reverse chronological order. On this page You can click on done once the search query and, thus, again to the search result, delete individual search queries, and to completely remove the search history by clicking "Clear Searches".

Now this function is only available in the desktop version of the service. No matter what you do default, no one on Facebook will not see the history of your search queries.

So, if random guests or parents could not see Your history, now you can (of course if You open access), and You, in turn, can remove any requests or, ultimately, to close the story from all eyes putting "Only me". But at the moment Facebook does not yet have the functionality to share your search history, but judging by these changes we can assume that in future it will be able to tell everyone about what you are looking for.
